陶粒简介：

    陶粒滤料采用优质陶土，粘土，粘溶剂等经团磨、筛分、煅烧加工而成，呈黑褐色球状，具有表面坚硬、内部多微孔、孔隙率高等特点。以好氧活性污泥作为接种，进水两周即可达到曝气生物滤池的处理效果。

陶粒分类及特点为：

（1）、生物陶粒滤料

    生物陶粒滤料是一种颗粒状水处理滤料，该滤料具有机械强度高、耐冲刷、耐磨损、理化性能稳定等特点，同时由于其微孔丰富、表面粗糙、比表面积大，使用寿命长、耐腐蚀、吸附性能好、颗粒均匀、密度适宜、不易结板、流失量小，因此截污能力强、挂膜效率高，又利于微生物生长、繁殖、可有效去除水中有机物，悬浮及淡磷等。

陶粒的外观特征大部分呈圆形或椭圆形球体，但也有一些仿碎石陶粒不是圆形或椭圆形球体，而呈不规则碎石状。陶粒形状因工艺不同而各异。它的表面是一层坚硬的外壳，这层外壳呈陶质或釉质，具有隔水保气作用，并且赋予陶粒较高的强度。陶粒的粒径一般为5～20㎜Zui大的粒径为25㎜。陶粒一般用来取代混凝土中的碎石和卵石。
陶粒的外观颜色因所采用的原料和工艺不同而各异。焙烧陶粒的颜色大多为暗红色、赭红色，也有一些特殊品种为灰黄色、灰黑色、灰白色、青灰色等。因为生产陶粒的原料很多，陶粒的品种也很多，因而颜色也就很多。免烧陶粒因所用固体废弃物不同，颜色各异，一般为灰黑色，表面没有光泽度，不如焙烧陶粒光滑。

陶砂主要用于代替天然河砂或山砂配制轻集料混凝土、轻质砂浆，也可作耐酸、耐热混凝土细集料。主要品种有黏土陶砂页岩陶砂和粉煤灰陶砂等。使用陶砂的目的也是为降低建筑物自重。陶砂也可用于无土栽培和工业过滤。

生物陶粒滤料适用于：

特点：

     1、比重小、机械强度高、耐冲耐磨损、节省能耗，生物稳定性、化学稳定性及热力学稳定性好。

     2、由于表面粗糙，微孔结构丰富、比表面积，因此截污能力强，挂膜效率高，利于微生物生长繁殖，生物量高。

     3、抗冲击负荷能力强，耐低温，易挂膜，启动快，反冲洗能耗低。

用途：

    酸、中、碱性水的过滤，是理想的水处理产品

    轻质陶粒滤料是一种新型的生物膜载体填料，具有质轻，比表面积大，吸附能力强等优点。适用于各种型式的滤池滤罐。与石英砂相比，比表面积为同体积石英砂的2-3倍，孔隙率为石英砂的1.3-2.0倍。与砂滤比较，平均滤速高（20-25m/h），产水量大，过滤周期长，冲洗频率小，冲洗强度低。

    页岩陶粒又称膨胀页岩。以黏土质页岩、板岩等经破碎、筛分，或粉磨后成球，烧胀而成的粒径在5㎜以上的轻粗集料为页岩陶粒。页岩陶粒按工艺方法分为：经破碎、筛分、烧胀而成的普通型页岩陶粒；经粉磨、成球、烧胀而成的圆球形页岩陶粒。适用于保温用的、结构保温用的轻集料混凝土，也可用于结构用的轻集料混凝土。目前页岩陶粒的主要用途是生产轻集料混凝土小型空心砌块和轻质隔墙板。
