棕刚玉简介：

棕刚玉以优质铝矾土为原料，无烟煤，铁屑，在电弧中经2000度以上高温熔炼制成，经自磨机粉碎整形，磁选去铁，筛分成多种粒度，其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造耐火材料 。

棕刚玉其主要功能：

（1）由于有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度等性能，故用浇钢滑动水口，冶炼稀贵金属、特种合金、陶瓷、炼铁高炉的内衬（墙和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐热抗氧化涂层。

（2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高的特点，在化工系统中，用做各种反应器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做机械零部件、各种模具，如拔丝模、挤铅笔芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防弹材料、人体关节、密封模环等。

（3）刚玉保温材料，如刚玉轻质砖、刚玉空心球和纤维制品，广泛应用于各种高温炉窑的炉墙和炉顶，既耐高温又保温。金刚砂粒度砂是由人工精选金刚砂块,采用对辊、球磨、巴马克等设备加工而成，粒度由f8-f325.主要用于抛光、研磨、工业磨削等，还可以按客户要求进行水洗、酸洗处理等方法加工，能够满足客户的不同需求。 

低碳棕刚玉经过炉前和特殊工艺的再处理，降低棕刚玉中残余碳的含量，使产品在使用中不粉化、不爆裂、韧性大是磨料磨具行业，耐火材料行业的原料。主要用于陶瓷磨具、高档磨具、有机磨具、砂带、涂附磨具等，　根据残碳含量分为：煅烧棕刚玉c ≤0.05%、低碳棕刚玉c ≤0.10%、普通棕刚玉c ≤0.15%。
